Vin is not your average barber. He’s a master craftsman, passionate educator, and the driving force behind Leicester Barbering Academy – one of the city's fastest-rising names in barbering education. With nearly two decades of experience on the shop floor and in the classroom, Vin has helped shape the careers of over 200 aspiring barbers, instilling real-world skills, discipline, and the creative confidence needed to succeed in a competitive industry.

He’s also the proud owner of Trim Trimma, a thriving barbershop in the heart of Leicester that doubles as a live training environment. When the scissors are down, the shop transforms into a hands-on academy space – filled with energy, ambition, and the unmistakable buzz of progress.

Vin’s teaching style is rooted in clarity, encouragement, and results. As a former educator at Leicester College and a lifelong student of the craft himself, he brings a rare blend of technical precision, industry insight, and street-smart mentoring that goes beyond just learning how to cut. At LBA, students are exposed to real clients, real scenarios, and real standards – so when they leave, they’re ready for the floor, not just a certificate.
